Dosage:

Children 6 months - 2 years: 
2.5 ml three times daily.
Children 6 - 12 years:
5 ml three times daily.
Adults and children over 12 years: 
7.5 ml to 10ml three times daily.
Consult your Physician before using in Children under 2 years.

Delivery Information for Local Consumers

We charge Rs. 300 on all orders under the value of Rs. 1,499.

Orders placed by 12:00 noon (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.

Orders received after 12:00 pm will be dispatched the next day.

Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Delivery time is between 5 to 7 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 7 working days.

On orders above the value of Rs.15,000 we will need an advance payment. Customer will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation and the account details will be communicated then. These order will not be shipped via a courier. They will be sent via Daewoo or a similar service and would have to be picked up by the customer.

Orders weighing more than 10 KGs will be charged Rs.50 per extra KG.

Return Policy Information for Local Consumers

We will gladly accept any unused products within 30 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.

Please return product with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.

Customer needs to return the products via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. 

Delivery Charges will not be refunded. 

Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.

Delivery Information for International Trade

Please read this information carefully before ordering.

1. Order Processing

1.1. All purchase orders must be submitted in writing via email or official company letterhead.
1.2. Orders will be processed only after confirmation of payment terms and product availability.
1.3. Minimum order quantities (MOQ) may apply based on product specifications.

2. Delivery Timeframe

2.1. Standard delivery time is 45 days from the date of order confirmation and payment receipt.
2.2. Any delays due to force majeure, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

3. Shipping & Logistics

3.1. Shipping terms are based on Ex. Work (Only).
3.2. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details and ensuring smooth customs clearance.
3.3. Selco Research Laboratories is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or customs authorities.

4. Inspection & Quality Assurance

4.1. All products are inspected before dispatch to ensure compliance with agreed quality standards.
4.2. The buyer must inspect the goods upon receipt and report any discrepancies within 7 days of delivery.
4.3. Complaints or claims must be accompanied by relevant proof, including batch numbers and photos.

5. Returns & Replacements

5.1. Returns are only accepted in case of verified quality defects or damage during transit.
5.2. No returns or replacements will be entertained for expired products or improper storage by the buyer.
5.3. Approved returns will be processed within 30 days, and replacements will be dispatched at the earliest convenience.

6. Payment Terms

6.1. Payment must be made as per agreed terms - Advance, L/C, or Credit (subject to approval).
6.2. All bank charges and transaction fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

7. Liability & Indemnity

7.1. Selco Research Laboratories is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
7.2. The buyer is responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations for product importation and distribution.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

8.1. These terms are governed by the laws of Jurisdiction.
8.2. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, arbitration, or legal proceedings in the agreed jurisdiction of manufacturer country.
