Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Selco Research Laboratory Ltd. Affiliate Program!

Thank you for joining our Affiliate Program. We are excited to partner with you in promoting our high-quality products. As an affiliate, you can earn commissions by referring customers to our online store. Please carefully read through the following terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and successful partnership.

Commission Structure

Flat 10% Commission: Affiliates will earn a flat 10% commission on the value of any sale where payment has been successfully received. Commissions will be calculated based on the total sale price excluding taxes and shipping fees.

Wholesale Orders (25 or More Items): Orders containing 25 items or more will be considered wholesale orders. For these wholesale orders, affiliates will earn a flat 5% commission, regardless of the total order value.

Ineligible Sales

No Self Sales: Affiliates are not eligible for commissions on sales made by themselves or their immediate family members. Only external customer sales referred by the affiliate are eligible for commission.

Payment Terms

Monthly Payments: Commissions will be paid directly into your bank account on a monthly basis. Payments will be processed at the end of each calendar month and will cover all completed sales during that month.

Payment Method: Payments will be made via bank transfer. To ensure successful payments, you must provide your accurate and up-to-date bank account details.

Affiliate Responsibilities

Marketing and Promotion: Affiliates are responsible for promoting Selco Research Laboratory Ltd. products in a way that aligns with our brand values and marketing guidelines. You are encouraged to use the marketing materials provided, but you are also welcome to create your own content as long as it is ethical and professional.

Compliance with Laws: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including advertising regulations and consumer protection laws in the region they are operating. Any false or misleading advertising may result in immediate termination from the program.

Prohibited Activities

Fraudulent Activity: Any fraudulent activities, such as generating fake leads or self-referrals, will lead to immediate disqualification from the affiliate program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

Spamming and Misleading Content: Affiliates must not engage in spamming, unsolicited email marketing, or using misleading content that could harm the reputation of Selco Research Laboratory Ltd.

Program Termination

Termination by the Affiliate: You may opt-out of the program at any time by notifying us via email. Upon termination, you will not be eligible for any future commissions.

Termination by Selco Research Laboratory Ltd.: We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program at our discretion if we determine that you have violated these terms and conditions or have engaged in unethical behavior.

Changes to Terms

Modifications: Selco Research Laboratory Ltd. reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. If there are significant changes, we will notify you via email. Continued participation in the program after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

By signing up for and participating in our Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
